The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of The Central Catholic Library Association (the “Company”) will take place in the library at 74 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 beginning at 19.00 hrs. on Wednesday the 24^th June, 2026.

As Ordinary Business:

1. To receive the report of the directors and the statement of accounts and balance sheet of the Company for the years ended, 31^st December, 2023, 2024 and 2025
2. To review the Company’s affairs, which shall include,

• receiving the report of the Treasurer, and
• receiving the report of the Secretary;

3. To re-elect the Auditors, Burke & Company;
4. To authorise the directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors, Burke & Company;
5. To elect and/or re-elect directors

As Special Business:

6. Any other business
